We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a hospital setting. This role involves providing exceptional physical therapy services aimed at helping residents restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence.

Setting: Hospital - Float

 Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate residents’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.

• Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize residents’ care plans.

• Other duties as assigned. 

 Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist licensure.

• 1 year of experience. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.

 Contract Role:

• 36-hour guarantee

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract duration: 13+ weeks can be extended
