Job Summary:

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is best suited for clinicians who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and delivering quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide treatment for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and manage treatment plans (PT) and assist with therapy execution (PTA)
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Manage a daily caseload of 12–14 patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes

Patient Population:

• Outpatient Orthopedic

Required Qualifications:

• Active PT or PTA license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
