The Opportunity
We are seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist for our outpatient sites in Springfield and Ludlow, MA. This role is designed for a clinician who wants to practice at the top of their license in a supportive, physician-aligned setting.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Excellence: Evaluate and treat orthopedic outpatient cases using evidence-based interventions.
Patient-Centered Care: Develop and progress individualized plans of care with a focus on functional outcomes.
Surgical Collaboration: Work directly with orthopedic surgeons to coordinate post-operative rehabilitation.
Leadership: Mentor junior staff and students while maintaining accurate, timely documentation in our EMR.
What You Bring
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
Licensure: Active (or eligible) Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
Expertise: Strong clinical reasoning skills; orthopedic outpatient experience is preferred, but we are open to mentoring high-potential New Grads.
