Physical Therapist (Pelvic Floor) - Full Time

We’re looking for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California PT license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics.
• Comfort treating 1:1 caseload with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. No double booking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinic with PTA and aide support and contribute to improving clinic culture.
• Open to new graduates. Employer will consider candidates needing pelvic floor or lymphedema certification and may fund certification.
• Familiarity with or willingness to use WebPT EMR and AI documentation support.

Role Details:

• Primary specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy pelvic floor.
• Shift: Days. Schedule flexible within Mon–Fri 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. (5x8 or 4x10).
• Caseload model: 1:1 treatment, 60-minute evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups, no double booking.
• Staffing: PTA and aide support on site.
• Employer is hiring multiple roles in the region including additional outpatient PTs, PTAs, pelvic floor and lymphedema therapists.
