The Opportunity
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Wallingford, CT (with additional opportunities in Meriden and Southington). This role provides the clinical autonomy to manage a diverse caseload of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical patients.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Excellence: Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based interventions in a state-of-the-art outpatient setting.

Personalized Care: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient recovery and mobility.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated patient services.

Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior clinicians and support staff to foster a high-standard learning environment.

Strategic Input: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development to enhance clinic operations.

What You Bring

Licensure: Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Connecticut.

Clinical Skills: Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities.

Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic or multidisciplinary setting is highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.
