Physical Therapist, Continuum of Care

SSM Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for its Continuum of Care program, to provide expert therapy services across a variety of patient settings, including acute, sub-acute, outpatient, in-home, and long-term care. This role is pivotal in assisting patients in their rehabilitation and in maximizing their physical abilities, promoting independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.
