Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Full-Time)
Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary
This position offers the opportunity to deliver practical, results-driven physical therapy in a structured clinical setting. You will evaluate patients, develop evidence-based plans of care, and provide skilled interventions aimed at improving mobility, reducing limitations, and supporting safe return to work and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create measurable treatment goals
• Implement treatment plans using therapeutic exercise and manual techniques
• Provide gait training, balance work, and functional retraining as needed
• Educate patients on self-management strategies and home programs
• Reassess routinely and adjust frequency/intensity based on progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical compliance standards
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources

Requirements

• Accredited DPT program completion
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• CPR/BLS certification (current or able to obtain)
• Outpatient ortho experience is a plus, open to strong new grads
• Solid time management and clear communication
