Location: Northampton

Role Summary
The Physical Therapist Assistant supports orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation by delivering hands‑on therapeutic care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role offers true work‑life balance, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do

Assist with therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‑education, and functional mobility programs
Support post‑operative, sports injury, and chronic orthopedic rehabilitation
Set up and apply therapeutic modalities as directed
Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe progression
Document daily treatments and communicate progress to the care team
Collaborate closely with PTs, orthopedic providers, and clinic staff

What You’ll Need

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
Active Massachusetts PTA license (required)
Orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication, organization, and patient‑care skills
