About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Murphy, TX. This 13-week assignment offers a consistent day shift schedule, competitive hourly pay, and no on-call requirements, allowing you to focus fully on patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical function, mobility, and rehabilitation needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and overall function

• Provide hands-on therapy, education, and guidance to patients and families

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support recovery goals

• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner

• Promote a safe and supportive therapeutic environment

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas (or compact state eligibility)

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior clinical experience preferred
