What You’ll Do

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training
• Assist with manual therapy techniques and clinic-supported modalities
• Document patient progress using our AI-supported Ambient Listening EMR
• Support patients recovering from injury, surgery, chronic pain, or sports-related conditions
• Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical environment

Total Compensation

• Approximately $86,000–$100,000 total annual compensation (base salary + tiered incentives + CEU reimbursement)
• Base rate: $25-32 per hour, depending on experience

Clinic Details

• Hours: Monday–Thursday 6:40 AM–7:00 PM; Friday 6:40 AM–3:00 PM
• Services include manual therapy, sports rehab, spine rehab, vestibular rehab, blood flow restriction, IASTM/Graston, dry needling (PT-provided), concussion rehab, balance and fall prevention, TMJ treatment, and work injury care
• Highly supportive team environment with strong patient engagement and excellent outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sports rehab, manual therapy, and functional movement
