Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are currently expanding our team in Fort Myers and looking for a PTA who is committed to delivering quality care, building strong patient relationships, and growing professionally in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Position Overview
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- No weekends or hospital shifts
- Outpatient setting with a diverse caseload: orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
- Manageable caseload of up to 12 patients per day to ensure quality care
- 100% one-on-one patient care
- Use of WebPT electronic medical records system (training provided)
- Supported by a full administrative and clinical team
- Access to mentorship and training from experienced clinicians
Qualifications
- Active and clear Physical Therapist Assistant license in Florida (or eligibility for licensure transfer)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and structured onboarding available
