Location: Fort Collins, CO
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65K to $75K per year depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will help patients work through treatment plans designed to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function. This role involves direct patient care, clear communication with the supervising therapist, and careful monitoring during treatment sessions. It is a strong fit for someone who values structured clinical work and consistent patient interaction in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist
• Support patients during therapeutic exercise and physical activity sessions
• Monitor patient performance and report findings to the supervising therapist
• Record treatment details and progress notes accurately
• Review home exercise instructions with patients as needed

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one
• CPR certification
• Prior outpatient experience is helpful, but not required
