Vista Physical Therapy is hiring full-time licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metro area. We’re growing and looking for clinicians who want strong mentorship, development, and long-term support.

  • Denton
  • Grand Prairie
  • Decatur

Salary & Incentives

  • Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

  • Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)

  • Student Loan Repayment Opportunity!

  • Total compensation potential: $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Clinic Overview

Vista Physical Therapy serves the DFW metro with personalized, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care. Our approach emphasizes:

  • Functional rehabilitation

  • Manual therapy

  • Individualized treatment planning

Whether you're a new graduate or a seasoned PTA, Vista offers mentorship, collaboration, and a strong support network across our locally rooted clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver physical therapy treatments under PT supervision

  • Implement and progress individualized treatment plans

  • Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities

  • Document patient care accurately using EMR

  • Educate patients and families on home programs

  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Outpatient ortho experience preferred but not required

  • New grads welcome and encouraged to apply!
