Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic bedside and outpatient care under PT supervision.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
Adhere to regulatory and facility policies, including patient privacy standards.
Document patient progress and update treatment plans regularly.
Monitor and report patient responses to treatment and adverse events.
Coordinate care with PTs, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
Demonstrate a growth mindset by seeking feedback and pursuing skill advancement.
Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and safety checks.
Support patient education on home programs and injury prevention.
Track performance metrics and contribute to data-driven targets.
Maintain a clean and organized clinical space to ensure efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in applicable state or region.
Knowledge of patient privacy and HIPAA or equivalent regulatory standards.
Competence in therapeutic bedside and outpatient care under PT supervision.
Ability to assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
Proficiency in documenting progress and updating treatment plans.
Ability to monitor responses to treatment and report adverse events.
Experience in coordinating care with PTs, physicians, and healthcare team members.
Experience delivering patient education on home programs and injury prevention.
Ability to track performance metrics and contribute to data-driven targets.
Strong growth mindset with willingness to pursue skill advancement and feedback.
Capacity to assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and safety checks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical space for efficiency.
Demonstrated reliability in a high-visibility, results-driven environment.
Temporary on-site role with ability to adapt to changing caseload and targets.
