Coverage Needed :
- Start Date: Mid May 2026
- End Date: February 2027
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- On Call: Every 3rd weekend, Saturday or Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM rounding in person, with call from Saturday 12:00 AM to Monday 12:00 AM
Clinical Details :
- Inpatient only
- Patient Volume: 12 - 15 inpatients
- Procedures: Standard core privileges, General PM&R
- Rounding
- EMR: EPIC (experience preferred, training available)
Requirements :
- Active Indiana license and DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Willingness to cross-credential for potential work in 2nd location
- CV must be in Month / Year format
- Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
- Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
