Job Details
Outpatient PM&R role with flexible scheduling, uncapped wRVU bonus potential, procedural variety (EMG/NCV, injections), strong clinical support, and long‑term growth in a multi‑site practice.
We are seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation practice.
This role focuses on musculoskeletal medicine, functional rehabilitation, and interventional PM&R in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Physicians have access to strong clinical support and the ability to build a long‑term, sustainable practice with uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and neurological evaluations
- Diagnose and treat injury‑related and functional impairments
- Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans
- Perform trigger point, joint, and soft tissue injections
- Conduct and interpret EMG/NCV studies
- Collaborate with physical therapists and clinical staff
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X‑ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound)
- Provide patient counseling, functional assessments, and follow‑up care
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Participate in periodic reevaluations and care plan adjustments
Schedule options include full‑time, part‑time, or per diem, with wRVU bonuses layered on top of base compensation.
