About Us

Hey there—we’re Pins & Aces, a bold and creative golf apparel and accessories brand based just west of Denver. We’re shaking up the traditional look of the sport and rapidly growing, month over month. Our team is passionate, tight-knit, and creatively driven—and we’re looking for a Photographer, Graphic Designer & Content Creator Specialist to help us produce engaging, high-quality content that fuels our growth and sets us apart in the industry.

What You'll Do

As our go-to photographer/content creator, you’ll be responsible for producing compelling multimedia content across digital platforms. You'll bring visual stories to life through dynamic photography, graphic design, polished photo retouching and the design of both static ad creative and product/lifestyle photography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce polished photo content for ads, social media, and web.
• Capture and edit lifestyle and product photography (studio & on-location).
• Create static and video advertisements optimized for performance marketing.
• Design visually striking graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and collaborations.
• Collaborate with our creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver assets on tight timelines.
• Translate brand identity into consistently high-quality visuals across formats.
• Stay current on trends in social-first content, golf, fashion, and e-commerce advertising.

Ideal Candidate

You're a proactive visual storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’re comfortable juggling multiple deliverables, love experimenting with new styles and formats, and know how to bring an energetic, polished touch to every piece of content.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in photography and photo retouching.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong proficiency in Illustrator and/or InDesign.
• Experience designing and editing ads for paid media (meta ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and branding in advertising.
• Comfortable working with content briefs, shot lists, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet rapid turnaround deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with UX, animation or motion design.
• Background in e-commerce, fashion, or performance marketing.
• Photography or video production experience (shooting, lighting, audio).
