Pay Rate: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

- Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the Area Supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional patient-facing environment.
- Confidently perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties.
- Maintain complete and accurate records and documentation.
- Promote a positive image to patients, clients, coworkers, and the public.
- Ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
- Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent — Required
- Medical assistant or paramedic training — Preferred
- Phlebotomy certification — Preferred (not required in Connecticut)
- Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience
- Keyboarding and data entry skills
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment
- Phlebotomy (pediatric & geriatric)
- Specimen collection & processing
- Patient communication & customer service
- Data entry / documentation
- Independent work capability
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Medical assistant or paramedic background
- Clinical or diagnostic laboratory experience
- Professionalism in patient-facing environments
- Confidentiality & compliance awareness
- Time management & organization
- Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid break)
- Thursday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
