Float between Blaine, MN to Brooklyn Park, MN

Blaine hours would be, 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM, Mon – Fri.

Brooklyn Park: Mon, Thus, Fri, would be either 06:45 AM – 03:15 PM or 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM.

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr. on W2.

Job Description:

·         The Phlebotomist III – Float represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.

·         This role requires drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while adhering to established practices and procedures.

·         The Phlebotomist III – Float has direct contact with patients, helping to build trust and confidence while performing blood collections in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.

·         This position provides coverage at multiple locations and in various roles such as Patient Service Centers, In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP), Mobile, and Long-Term Care.

·         Candidates must be able to act as a lead on-site and support onboarding for new clients and employees.

·         This role often supports complex and high-volume practices, requiring excellent communication and collaboration across multiple departments including Sales, Lab Testing, IT, Billing, and Logistics.
