Pharmacy Technician /Trainee – Fulfillment
Location: Mechanicsville, VA 23116
Pay: $17.50 per hour for Pharmacy Technicians and $16.50 for trainees
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

A-Line Staffing is seeking Pharmacy Technicians – Fulfillment to join a fast-paced team in Mechanicsville, VA. This role offers career growth potential and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare prescription medications using the fulfillment system
- Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and coordinating with members and physicians
- Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system
- Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues or escalated member concerns
- Escalate prescription questions to a Pharmacist as needed
- Assist with inbound/outbound patient or physician calls
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Current Pharmacy Technician Registration and Certification as required by the state of operation
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
