Shift Options:
- Option 1: Sun–Tue & Fri | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Off Wed, Thu, Sat)
- Option 2: Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Off Tue, Thu, Sat)
- Option 3: Sun–Thu | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Off Fri, Sat)
Pay: $21.60/hour
Join the future of pharmacy at our micro-fulfillment center in Northlake, TX! Our innovative pharmacy network uses advanced robotics and automation to efficiently prepare and deliver prescription medications to retail locations. As a Pharmacy Technician II , you will play a critical role in prescription fulfillment, assisting pharmacists, troubleshooting prescription issues, and maintaining accuracy and quality across workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Process prescription orders and handle refill requests while following HIPAA guidelines.
- Enter patient and prescription information accurately into the data system.
- Resolve insurance rejections and exceptions, escalating complex questions to a pharmacist as needed.
- Operate automated dispensing and sorting machinery, ensuring workflow accuracy and quality control.
- Count, fill, label, pack, and ship prescriptions.
- Assist with inbound and outbound patient or physician calls.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license (required).
- 2–4 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and grasping.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- PTCB or ExCPT certification.
- Experience in retail, fulfillment, or call center pharmacy environments.
