- Shift 3: Sun–Thu | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Off Fri/Sat)
Join a cutting-edge Pharmacy Micro-Fulfillment Center, supporting prescription processing and distribution using advanced automation and robotics. This role focuses on accurate prescription handling, inventory flow, and operational efficiency to support pharmacy locations.
Responsibilities:
- Process prescription orders and enter patient data accurately
- Handle refills, troubleshoot missing information, and interpret SIG codes
- Operate automated dispensing machinery and support workflow operations
- Count, fill, label, pack, and ship prescriptions
- Maintain inventory flow and ensure quality control standards
- Resolve third-party insurance rejections and data entry issues
- Support pharmacists and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active Pharmacy Technician License (Texas required)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts
- PTCB or ExCPT Certification
- 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience (retail, fulfillment, or call center)
- Experience with prescription processing and customer support
- High School diploma.
