Job Description
- Provide professional phone assistance to members and providers through the prior authorization process.
- Transfer clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
- Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of inventory.
- Focus on production with opportunities to learn roles such as patient outreach and intake.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills in a high-volume call center environment.
Critical Information
- This is an onsite position.
- Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
Education/Licenses Needed
- Active WA state Pharmacy Technician License in good standing is required.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
