Pharmacy Manager – Home Infusion (Panama City, FL)

We are committed to providing care that combines clinical excellence with empathetic patient interaction in the home setting.

In this role, you will utilize your strong clinical skills to manage complex infusion therapies such as IVIG, Biologics, and Alpha 1. You will consistently engage with patients and caregivers, providing comprehensive support and necessary information while coordinating care with physicians and healthcare teams.

Your responsibilities will include fostering personal relationships with patients undergoing treatments, leading remote and in-person clinical evaluations, and ensuring the therapeutic appropriateness and safety of medication orders. You will be tasked with compounding sterile products accurately and collaborating with home health professionals, all while maintaining inventory accuracy and seamless communication of patient details and insurance requirements.

Position Details:
- Location: Panama City, FL
- Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a practicing pharmacist
- Commitment: Full-time role, operating Mondays through Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM
