Pharmacist - Travel Job

Minimum Requirements:

• Current, active Missouri Pharmacist license required prior to submittal.
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy environment preferred.
• Experience with decentralized pharmacist models preferred.
• Experience with Pyxis ES, Meditech, and Dose Edge is preferred.
• Experience performing IV sterile compounding, non-sterile compounding, refilling Pyxis machines, filling first doses, packaging unit-dose medications, refilling code blue trays, and phone support preferred.
• Must be able to work days and evenings and cover every other weekend as scheduled.

• Facility type: Hospital pharmacy.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift details: Days 07:30–16:00.
• Typical weekly hours: 40 hours per week; combination of day and evening shifts; weekends required.
• Float requirement: No floating policy for other facilities.
• On-call requirement: None.
• Uniform: Clean scrubs required.
