Job Details
We are seeking a licensed Texas Pharmacist to join our institutional pharmacy team. This role focuses on safe and accurate medication dispensing for long-term care and assisted living facilities while supporting clinical compliance and facility relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance
- Dispense medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Provide drug information and consultation to facility staff
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and internal teams
- Maintain documentation and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- PharmD or equivalent degree
- Active Texas Pharmacist License (RPh)
- Strong attention to detail and regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
