Pay: $60.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177 (Must live within 1 hour)
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our onsite team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a patient-facing, phone-intensive role ideal for someone who enjoys counseling, clinical review, and coordinating care throughout the day.
Required Qualifications (Must Meet ALL)
- Licensed in Texas AND California
- Must live within one hour driving distance Fort Worth, TX 76177
- Comfortable being on the phone up to 8 hours per day
- 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacist
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pharmacotherapy reviews (drug utilization, compliance, interactions, side effects)
- Counsel patients on new and ongoing drug therapies
- Document clinical findings in patient charts for nursing follow-up
- Coordinate care with prescribing clinicians and care teams
- Provide subcutaneous injection education and support
- Process and verify prescriptions accurately
