Pharmacist - Intern PD Variable

JOB SUMMARY:  The Intern Pharmacist, under the direct supervision of the pharmacist, participates in the processing of patient medication orders to facilitate the prompt and accurate delivery of medications to patients.  The Intern Pharmacist has primary responsibility in drug distribution, maintaining appropriate patient records and charges, purchasing, and inventory control.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Currently  enrolled in or graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Current State of California Intern Pharmacist License.
2. One year of acute care hospital experience (preferred)
3. Current BCLS Card (AHA) and maintain current.
