Job Title: Pharmacist
Pay: $65/hr
Hours: 40 hours per week
opener: M-F between 5-7pm with rotating weekend
closer: M-F 1:30-10 with no weekends

As a Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in supervising pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate compounding and dispensing of medications, and maintaining compliance with USP guidelines and Board of Pharmacy regulations. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of pharmacy technicians to deliver precision pharmaceutical care that serves patients with the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do:
As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
- Supervise pharmacy technicians in compounding preparations, filling and labeling prescriptions, and prepackaging bulk medications
- Communicate prescription clarifications and refill authorizations with prescribers and patients
- Perform final checks on prescriptions to ensure accuracy, pharmaceutical elegance, and potency
- Answer medication-related questions and oversee compounding operations
- Adhere to USP guidelines and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, the pharmacist in charge, shift leader, or supervisor
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
- Current Arizona Pharmacist License (willing to obtain licenses in multiple states)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to pharmaceutical excellence
- Knowledge of USP compounding guidelines and pharmacy regulations
