Pharmacist Compensation

The pay for this position is $58.06 per hour .

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Pharmacist Highlights

• This position is onsite at a home infusion pharmacy in South Carolina.
• This is a safety-sensitive role .
• The position has potential to extend or convert for the right person.
• Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shift). On-call rotation may be required.

Pharmacist Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management and clinical consultation to healthcare professionals.
• Deliver drug information to nurses, physicians, and other providers, advising on drug interactions, contraindications, and therapy guidance.
• Forecast critical business opportunities and implement solutions to drive pharmacy performance.
• Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies to support revenue and profitability targets.
• Assist the Pharmacy Manager in optimizing workflow, inventory management, and patient experience.
• Conduct clinical and wellness services including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management.
• Confer with insurance companies and medical providers; participate in third-party audits to ensure best practices.
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers to enhance brand recognition and competitive advantage.
• Develop pharmacy support staff by assigning tasks that maximize strengths, address development opportunities, and close knowledge gaps.
• Establish and maintain customer service best practices for consistent patient care.

Pharmacist Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Active Pharmacist license in South Carolina in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience in a home infusion or hospital setting preferred.
• Advanced problem-solving, decision-making, and digital literacy skills.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical pharmacy practices.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain organizational, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.
• Basic computer skills required; Epic system experience is a plus.

Pharmacist Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home infusion therapy or hospital pharmacy settings.
• Strong clinical consultation and patient education experience.
