Job Description – Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining Positive Customer Relationships Answering Customers Insurance Queries in an informative, but simple and understandable way(IE: avoiding abbreviations and jargon) Educating Customers on their coverage options to help them make informed decisions in regards to all of their insurance needs.
