Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Personal Injury Paralegal to join a plaintiff-focused personal injury practice. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
  • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to gather information and provide updates.
  • Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and courts.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Experience with case management software preferred.
