Boutique plaintiff-side firm specializing in personal injury law and lemon law cases in downtown Los Angeles.

You will manage Personal Injury and Lemon Law cases from open to close including organize repair records, maintain timelines, coordinate with clients and dealers/manufacturers, support demand prep, and run surrender/closing logistics. You may assist with Intake when needed to ensure a smooth client experience.

Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Intake support including pre-qualify basic facts, open matters, send forms and authorizations.
  • Collect and organize documents such as repair orders, invoices, warranty, and purchase/lease communications.
  • Build and maintain repair summary and case timeline, track days out of service and repeat defects.
  • Provide clients with proactive updates and follow-ups in English and Korean.
  • Support demand prep including evidence packet, mileage offset calculation, and payment history summary.
  • Assist with closing and surrender coordination for schedule, payoff/lease info, DMV/title steps, and fund confirmation.
  • Facilitate post-close wrap, final confirmation, archive file, and request reviews.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual skills in English and Korean - professional speaking and writing in both.
  • Law firm or claims experience preferred - Lemon Law or Auto experience is a plus.
  • Lemon Law case handling, dealership or OEM experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with case management tools, spreadsheets, and email etiquette.
  • Bonus points for experience using Google Workspace, Lawmatics, or similar CRM/case tools.
