A bit about us:
We are working with a well-established, successful plaintiff personal injury law firm in Charlotte that is seeking experienced Personal Injury Attorneys to join the team! The firm is looking for 2 strong Trial Attorneys, and one strong Complex Pre-Litigation Attorney.
Location: Charlotte, NC (the firm does prefer onsite, but are flexible for experienced candidates needing a flexible schedule as well).

Job Details
Trial Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
- At least 5 years of plaintiff’s litigation experience in NC required; 10+ years for a senior level candidate
- Relocation assistance available
- Proven ability to manage complex personal injury cases from start to finish
- Deep understanding of civil litigation rules, courtroom procedure, and trial strategy
- Fearless presence in the courtroom!
Complex (CPI) Pre-Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina Bar
- 5+ years of personal injury experience, with a strong preference for catastrophic/complex injury cases
- Ability and experience handling high case volume (100-150 cases)
- Prior team management or supervisory experience preferred
