Job Details
Growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join their Sherman Oaks, CA office! Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience as a personal injury attorney, litigating in State and Federal Court.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Personal Injury Attorney position should have the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar of California
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal injury attorney.
4. Proven experience conducting depositions and representing clients in court.
5. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other parties.
8. A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
10. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
