We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management, as well as a proven track record of successful litigation. The candidate will be responsible for handling cases from inception through resolution, working to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death cases from discovery through trial.
2. Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court.
3. Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc).
4. Advocate for clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trial settings.
5. Conduct investigations and legal research to support legal proceedings.
6. Assist clients with medical treatment and property damage repair processes.
7. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys.
8. Maintain regular communication with clients and update them on case status.
9. Develop and implement case strategy in conjunction with the client.
10. Stay updated with advancements and changes in personal injury law.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Proven experience in case management and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases.
5. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably.
6. Strong trial experience and willingness to try cases.
7. Exceptional analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Proficient in legal research software and case management systems.
10. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
11. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Compassionate and understanding towards clients’ situations.
13. Strong understanding of medical terminology and processes associated with personal injury cases.
