A well-established, highly respected litigation firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing trial team. This firm handles complex, high-exposure plaintiff matters and is known for delivering strong results in serious injury and wrongful death cases. The team is collaborative, fast-moving, and committed to hands-on litigation from intake through trial.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience practicing personal injury litigation and be comfortable managing cases with meaningful responsibility. This role offers direct mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys and the opportunity to gain substantial courtroom and deposition experience.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage a docket of personal injury matters from pre-suit through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trial settings
- Work closely with clients, experts, and medical providers
- Participate in case strategy and damage analysis
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong academic background from a reputable law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a high-accountability, performance-driven environment
