We are a personal injury law office located in Bonney Lake. We are passionate about serving and seeking justice for our clients and are looking for an attorney to join our team. We are a growing law office and want to find an attorney who shares our passion of practicing personal injury law and who intends on finding a long-term home. Personal injury experience is preferred but not required. Job duties will include handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement, arbitration or trial.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered personal injuries.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including dog bite, wrongful death, truck accident, brain injury, and slip and fall cases.
  • Conduct thorough case research and investigation to gather all relevant facts and evidence.
  • Develop effective legal strategies and arguments based on the facts of each case.
  • Prepare and file all necessary legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a persuasive and compelling manner.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and legal trends.
  • Adhere to all ethical standards and guidelines of the legal profession.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury attorney.
  • Extensive experience handling dog bite, wrongful death, truck accident, brain injury, and slip and fall cases.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Admitted to practice law in Washington State
  • Proven track record of success in personal injury law.
  • Compassionate and understanding approach to working with clients who have suffered personal injuries.
  • Strong commitment to ethical legal practice.
