Job Details
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Illinois (additional admission in surrounding states a plus)
Minimum of 3–7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience (focus on auto accidents, medical malpractice, workers' comp, or nursing home cases preferred)
Strong litigation skills, including trial experience or readiness to take cases to verdict
Excellent research, writing, negotiation, and communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle high-volume caseloads
Client-centered approach with empathy and professionalism
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
