A distinguished executive couple in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced, highly discreet, and polished Personal Assistant / House Manager to support the principal with daily personal, professional, and household matters. This is a dynamic, hands-on role requiring exceptional organizational ability, sound judgment, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
The ideal candidate is confident wearing many hats and thrives in a fast-paced private home environment. This individual will oversee all aspects of the principal's lifestyle, including property management, staff coordination, travel, technology, household operations, and special events.
Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage principal's complex personal and professional calendars, inbox, and correspondence
- Maintain secure digital systems, passwords, databases, and household records
- Organize household documentation including manuals, warranties, artwork records, and seasonal files
- Process mail, invitations, and charitable requests
Travel & Lifestyle Management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and packing systems
- Secure reservations, memberships, tickets, and cultural access
- Oversee gift tracking, acknowledgments, and holiday gifting
Household Operations
- Supervise household staff of six, including scheduling and payroll tracking
- Liaise with vendors, oversee property maintenance, and conduct routine walkthroughs
- Maintain inventories and ensure seamless collaboration with culinary and service staff
- Develop and uphold household protocols and manuals
Technology & Security Oversight
- Manage smart home systems, AV/IT, lighting, climate, and security infrastructure
- Coordinate system updates, vendor support, and cybersecurity protocols
Financial & Purchasing Management
- Reconcile petty cash and monthly expenses; liaise with CFO's office
- Research and manage major purchases, shopping, shipping, and returns
Events & Entertaining
- Coordinate in-residence events and gatherings
- Maintain gift closets and oversee birthday and holiday gifting systems
Qualifications:
- 510 years of verifiable experience in a similar role (Senior/Lead Assistant experience preferred)
- Demonstrated discretion; confidentiality agreement required
- Intelligent, proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and problem-solves independently
- Strong big-picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written communication skills; able to draft polished business correspondence
- Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac systems
- Experience in event planning and private entertainment
- Collaborative leadership style with ability to supervise staff effectively
- Long-term career intent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable working in a home with two small dogs
- Knowledge of home automation systems (e.g., Crestron, Lutron) preferred
- Social media and website experience a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Compensation: $140,000 $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- MondayFriday, 9:00am6:00pm, flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed; 24/7 mindset required
- PTO accrued (vacation, personal, sick time). Standard paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
