A well-established, fee-for-service periodontal practice in Lancaster, PA is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Periodontist to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive periodontal and implant care
- Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures
- Restore complex restorative cases (or willingness to learn)
- Educate patients on periodontal disease prevention and treatment
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver optimal patient care
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Board-certified in Periodontics or in the process of board certification
- Strong clinical skills and surgical experience
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
