  • Perform analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of the client’s PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Security.
  • Develop and maintain full security matrix solutions for different PeopleSoft application modules.
  • Work directly with HRMS Functional Analysts to clarify and understand various levels of security requirements.
  • Document security requirement specifications and build solutions in response to agreed-upon business requirements, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Follow proven software development methods and established change control practices to ensure quality delivery.
  • Implement and maintain PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid security and document solutions.
  • Provide technical and application expertise in assessing and resolving security incidents and issues.
  • Interact directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and drive resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members, DBAs, and System Administrators to coordinate planning and problem-solving.
  • Perform or assist in application and security administration tasks.
  • Maintain knowledge of PeopleSoft PeopleTools and related technologies to migrate projects and reports across environments, including: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Workflow, Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layouts, SQR, Query, Application Messaging, Application Packaging, Change Assistant, XML Publisher, Integration Broker, and SQL.
  • Maintain strong technical and security understanding of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management modules, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Self-Service, Pension, and Training Administration.
  • Develop security documentation and instructions.
  • Assist the HRMS Team Leader in cross-training team members in specific technology areas.
  • Provide daily status reporting to the HRMS Project Manager on assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM).
  2. Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2.
  3. Strong knowledge of PHIRE version control and JIRA ticketing systems.
  4. 5+ years of solid experience implementing and supporting User Profiles, Roles, Permission Lists, Row-Level Security, Dynamic Security, Structure & Content, Application Security, Project Security, Department Tree Security, PeopleTools Security, Process Group Security, Query Security, and User Preferences.
  5. Experience configuring, recommending, and fixing security definitions based on defined user access requirements.
  6. Experience configuring and maintaining complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security.
  7. Experience configuring and maintaining different levels of security for HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
  8. Experience maintaining and defining PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid security.
  9. Experience migrating projects and security elements/objects across multiple environments.
  10. Good knowledge of Oracle 19c or later database versions.
  11. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate IT environment.
  12. Excellent technical documentation and customer service skills.
  13. Strong team contributor, self-motivated, business-oriented, and able to lead initiatives end-to-end.
