- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications
- Build and support custom solutions using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQR, and advanced PL/SQL
- Develop user-focused functionality with attention to usability and performance
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for application and system issues
- Support ERP applications and related integrations, including Informatica and other enterprise systems
- Partner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical system specifications
- Review and analyze system and business processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and re-engineering
- Promote continuous improvement through best practices, quality standards, and testing methodologies
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards
- Serve as a technical lead on complex projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and direction to junior programmers and systems analysts
- Conduct code reviews and support knowledge sharing across the team
- Mentor student interns and contribute to internship project oversight
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Experience with ERP integrations and enterprise systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor others
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Informatica integrations
- Exposure to statistical modeling or data analysis tools
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or higher-education systems
- Prior experience serving as a technical lead on ERP projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
