We are looking for -
PEGA CDH (Customer Decision Hub) Hands-On Developer with 5-8 years of experience.
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing decisioning strategies using the PEGA platform, specifically focused on CDH capabilities.
This role is typically embedded within agile PODs or scrum teams and works closely with business architects, system architects, data scientists, and client stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategy Implementation: Develop and configure Next-Best-Action strategies, decisioning rules, and predictive models within PEGA CDH.
Integration & Testing: Collaborate with Lead System Architects (LSAs) to integrate CDH with external systems, perform unit testing, and resolve defects.
Skills & Qualifications:
Certifications: PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA), PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC).
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), REST integrations.
Version Experience: Familiarity with PEGA 8.x and Infinity versions
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, ability to work independently or in teams, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders5
