Pediatrician – Outpatient Clinic | West Texas
What You’ll Do
Provide full-scope outpatient pediatric care (newborn through adolescent)
Manage well visits, sick visits, immunizations, and common pediatric conditions
Work collaboratively with an experienced clinical team and support staff
See an average of ~25 patients per day
Schedule & Practice Details
Monday–Friday schedule
Clinic operates 4–4.5 days per week
No hospital rounding / no inpatient responsibilities
EMR: Cerner/PowerChart
Practice is expanding to a second location (growth opportunity)
H-1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
$250,000 total compensation package
~$230,000 base salary + RVU incentives
$20,000 quality bonus
$20,000 sign-on bonus
Full benefits package (health coverage, administrative support, etc.)
Requirements
MD/DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
