Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients, and we are looking for a skilled and organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy practice.

Job Summary:
The Pediatric Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the practice. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, fosters a positive environment for staff and patients, and supports the clinical team in delivering exceptional pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the pediatric office, ensuring a patient-centered and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise administrative staff including front desk, back staff, and providers.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate office staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and front office functions.
  • Monitor and improve office procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
  • Handle patient and staff concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility maintenance.
  • Generate reports and assist in budgeting and financial planning for the office.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a healthcare management or medical office setting, preferably pediatrics.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of medical office operations, including billing, insurance, EMR systems, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks, EPIC, etc.).
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of pediatric healthcare operations is highly desirable.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a medical office management role (pediatrics a plus).
