This Occupational Therapy (OT) position offers flexible part or full-time scheduling in a pediatric therapy setting located in Schertz, TX. Schedules can be customized to support work-life balance while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Role Overview

  • Full or part-time

  • 4 days/10 hours or 5 days/8 hours

  • Alternative extended-day schedules (e.g., 3 longer days)

  • Collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team, a diverse pediatric caseload, and ongoing professional support within a growing organization.

  • $70,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience

    Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience

  • Active Texas Occupational Therapy license
