Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

This Occupational Therapy (OT) position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling in a therapist-owned pediatric private practice located in Austin, TX (Hymeadow area).

Schedules are designed to support work-life balance while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Role Overview

• Full-time or part-time availability

• 4 days / 10 hours or 5 days / 8 hours

• Alternative extended-day schedules (e.g., 3 longer days)

• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team, a diverse pediatric caseload, and consistent professional support within a growing organization.

• $70,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license
