Associate Pediatric Dentist – San Antonio, TX

Well-established, thirteen-year pediatric dental practice in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Dentist Associate to join our team. We are a privately owned practice—not a DSO or corporate office—known for our family-oriented environment and stellar reputation in the community. Over the years, we’ve had the joy of watching our patients grow up, and we’re looking for a motivated dentist to help us meet the growing demand for pediatric dental care.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday (Full-Time)
• Every other Friday for IV Sedation

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform routine and advanced procedures typical for pediatric dentistry
• Work closely with a happy, motivated team of 15 staff members
• Maintain a patient-driven approach and a high standard of care

Requirements:

• Pediatric Dental experience
• Board Certification preferred
• Strong patient-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
