Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to design, develop, and validate electrical components, modules, and subsystems that support complex system architectures.
  • This role involves owning the end-to-end electrical design lifecycle—from requirements definition and feasibility analysis through detailed design, prototyping, validation, and manufacturing handoff. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in PCB design, advanced electrical systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
 Responsibilities:
  • Design electrical circuits, modules, and subsystems
  • Develop schematics and PCB layouts using Cadence OrCAD/Allegro
  • Perform circuit analysis, signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and thermal assessments
  • Support rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCB design
  • Work on ADC, BMS/battery, RF, and low-power MCU designs
  • Execute prototyping, system integration, and validation testing
  • Create technical documentation (design specs, test procedures, assembly instructions)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ME, SW, Systems, Manufacturing)
  • Interface with suppliers and support issue resolution across product lifecycle
 Experience:
  • 3+ years of electrical design experience
  • Strong experience with Cadence OrCAD and Allegro
  • Experience with advanced PCB technologies (flex/rigid-flex)
  • Knowledge of SI/PI, power distribution, and thermal considerations
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping and validation
  • Basic PLC programming (ladder logic) knowledge
  • Experience with DFM/DFT/DFX practices
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance
  • Familiarity with FPGA/EPLD tools (Xilinx/Altera)
Skills:
  • Cadence OrCAD and Allegro
  • Electrical design
  • DFM/DFT/DFX practices
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
